CNC mill-turn machining combines turning and milling in a single setup, using computer-controlled tool and workpiece rotation to perform multiple operations on complex curved or specially shaped parts.
CNC turning is best suited for parts with diameters. With secondary CNC milling operations, the final part can have a variety of shapes or features — including knobs, pulleys, bellows, flanges, shafts and bushings.
Fabrication for parts and prototypes using metals and alloys, covering precise cuts, bends and designs — for a one-off prototype or for larger runs of identical parts.

Surface Finishes
We offer all kinds of surface finish services — from anodizing and plating to heat treatment and polishing.
Heat treating is a group of industrial, thermal and metalworking processes used to alter the physical, and sometimes chemical, properties of a material.
Blackening is a finishing operation that chemically coats the surface of ferrous materials. It creates a strong barrier against humidity and corrosion. Blackening is usually done in a batch operation, and is generally less expensive than other finishing options such as painting and plating.
Powder coating is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. Unlike conventional liquid paint delivered via an evaporating solvent, powder coating is typically applied electrostatically and then cured under heat or with ultraviolet light, creating a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint.
Polished finishes range from a #4 brushed to a #8 high polish, using custom-made polishing equipment that can work materials like brass and stainless metals. Equipment also includes belt sanders usable wet and dry, and sandblasters for custom finishes.
Enhanced resistance to corrosion, wear and radiation, as well as hardness. Rich experience in plating surface treatment services on stainless steel, with seasoned technicians and advanced inspection equipment to ensure no defects on products.
Brushing stainless steel produces a distinctive look with a muted luster and a pattern of fine parallel lines. It has strong decorative appeal without being too reflective — excessive reflectiveness can be undesirable in bright sunlight.
