Injectievormen

Plastic injection molding is a mainstream plastic processing technology. It injects molten plastic into mold cavities at high pressure via an injection molding machine, which is then cooled and solidified before demolding to get parts of specific shapes. Using plastic pellets as raw material, its process includes five steps: raw material drying, melting and plasticizing, high-pressure injection, cooling and solidification, and demolding. It features high efficiency, high precision, wide material adaptability and low mass production cost, but requires large mold investment and is unsuitable for small-batch production.
